Mr. Zarella is a Senior Business Operations Executive with a 25 year track record of delivering superior operating results, client satisfaction and increased shareholder value.
Prior to joining IP3 International, Mr. Zarella served as Executive Vice President of Business Operations for K12 Inc, where he led K12’s Marketing, Enrollment Operations, Information Technology, Customer Care, and Financial Operations. During his tenure, he successfully transformed the company’s business performance, significantly improving acquisition marketing efficiency, and parent satisfaction, while dramatically reducing the company’s structural operations costs.
Mr. Zarella served for 8 years as Chief Service Officer for SiriusXM Satellite Radio, where he successfully led Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Retention Operations and delivered increases in Revenue, Customers and Profitability, to record levels, contributing to make SiriusXM the world’s largest revenue grossing Radio Company. Prior to that he served as Managing Director of Operations of Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. where he was responsible for setting the Corporate operations strategy. Additionally, Mr. Zarella spent 15 years in the Telecom industry, holding several executive leadership positions in Operations, Finance, IT and Service for XO Communications and MCI.

Mr. Zarella earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Massachusetts and a MBA with concentration in International Finance, from the University of Dallas.
